Welcome to my blog about the beginning of my cake business! I recently graduated from culinary school after a major career change. With the support of my husband, family, and friends I decided to turn my passion into a career. Every day that I work in the kitchen, I can't believe I could be this happy from a job. I hope to take my skills and grow my business out of my home to eventually open my own dessert shop. I would like to focus on specialty cakes, including wedding and birthday cakes, but am also interested in creating any dessert for any occasion.
